I was skeptical of the game at first, just a rush of very bizarre story concepts. But give it time, and it really does pay off. READ the data entries, and seek out the Sam orders, it really fills out an understanding of the world. It really comes together at the end, so it all does pay off. 9/10 for me.

While the game Death Stranding is an epic masterwork the "Directors Cut" is not adding anything really new to the game. After playing the standard version of the game 3 times to enjoy the story I was very disappointed by the directors version because i didnt see any difference between the base game and the directors version.
